That's right. She has over 30 years of experience in real estate legal matters and is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar. The amount of money on the line in most real estate transactions is significant. Our clients find it comforting to know that our managing broker has a legal background. While The Shasteen-Sizemore Co., is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice, our broker provides a level of assistance and perspective that others cannot.
We are selective.
There are many large company names in real estate. One aspect of large offices with tens or even hundreds of agents is that recruiting becomes the focus. Each agent added represents money for the broker. That is particularly important when the broker operates as a franchisee. Franchisors expect a level of production and revenue sharing that requires franchisees to recruit and replace agents constantly. Some franchisees even create elaborate financial incentives to encourage their agents to recruit more agents. Transactions and clients are on a production line.
That is not our focus. We concentrate on making sure that our agents are the quality you would expect and that we are meeting your needs.
